Education for All Monitoring Report reveals unequal progress in Latin America and the Caribbean

Although significant achievements have been made in many areas, the main conclusion of the report is that most of the EFA objectives will not be met. Countries affected by armed conflicts face overwhelming problems and governments must act with greater diligence and determination in order to bring the goals within their reach.
